How do I get a quote or place an order?
Our most popular range of products can be found on the pages: T-Shirts, Hoodies & Sweatshirts and Tote Bags. We also source a large range of products and garments from other brands so just let us know if there is something specific you are looking for.

One Off Or Small Orders
If you need just a one off print or a small number of garments pay online and we’ll get your order out to you the very same day in most cases – it couldn’t be easier! Designs can be anything from one colour to full photo colour style at no extra cost so it’s a great way of seeing how a new design will look on a T-Shirt or offering personalised or exclusive garments to fans or clients. You can even start your own online store completely free of charge.
What artwork formats do you accept?
Before we start printing, we need your artwork in one of the following print ready formats.
– PSD, AI, JPG, EPS or PDF files.
– Must be saved to at least 300 dpi and at least 100% of intended print size.
– Text layers must be flattened or fonts provided with your artwork
If you’re not sure or unable to supply any of these artwork files, please email whatever you have and we can recommend any changes if necessary.
Do you provide visual proof?
Once your order is confirmed we’ll email you visual proof to check and approve before we start production. This allows you to see exactly what you have ordered and check the artwork dimensions, colours, layout and text.
We won’t go ahead with production until you have signed the proof off. We will also send you an email confirmation with the order details.
Do you offer an artwork service?
If you need your artwork converting into a print ready format we can help with this. Just email the files you have so we can check.
Most of the time converting artwork formats is free of charge however if it’s a complex design, there is an artwork charge

How much do your screens cost and why do I need them?
Our screens are £25.00 each. You only pay for each screen once so any re-orders of the same design within 3 months are exempt from screen set up costs. A screen is required for each design / colour in the print as it has your artwork burnt into it and sits between the ink and the t-shirt to transfer the design to the garment. We use aluminum framed screens with high tensile mesh to ensure durability and long lasting definition on your prints.
Can you screen print using water-based inks, not plastisol?
We can use water-based ink for white & very light garments or discharge ink for darker garments. Please contact us to confirm costs.
What’s your maximum standard print area?
Our standard Screen Printing size is A3. Please email if you require a larger print than this.
Can I change the colour of the print on some t-shirts?
Yes, as long as the design remains the same we can change the print colour. There is an additional colour change fee of £5.00 per colour
Can you match PANTONE refs with all printing methods?
Yes, we can match PANTONE reference numbers when screen printing
What garments can I pick from?
We have a large range of garments you can choose from, but to make it as simple as possible we have picked a selection of garments for you to started.
Can I have a mixture of garment colours and sizes?
Yes, you can mix the garment sizes and colours at no extra cost.
Can I supply my own products?
Yes you can. We ask for 10% extra on all orders for error margins, which will be returned to you if unused. Also we add an additional 5p per print on top of the normal screen printing or £5 per DTG print. (Note: Garments for DTG Printing must be 100% cotton)
Unless otherwise agreed all invoices must be cleared before production will start. Payment can be made by BACS, Bank Transfer and PayPal (Note: An additional 3.5% will be added onto PayPal payments as part of their fees)
Is AMP VAT Registered?
Yes we are, 20% VAT will be added to the final invoice.

Do I have to pay VAT if I am order T-Shirts from overseas?
If the T-Shirts have a UK delivery address then VAT is still applicable, if the delivery address is outside the UK then VAT will not be included
Do I have to pay VAT on Kids garments?
There is no VAT charged on Kids or Babygrow items ordered, although there is VAT charged on the printing on these garments
Issue with your Order?
Please note any issues with an order must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
We don’t offer refunds at AMP Merchandise. We will reprint/replace any garments that you are not happy with once we have received the faulty items back.
Production will only start once the invoice has been cleared. If we have any queries at all relating to your order details we will contact you to clarify them.
Our standard turnaround time is 4-6 working days (including production and delivery). We also offer a super express service if required, additional charges apply.
Once your order has dispatched we’ll email you a dispatch notification.
What are your delivery costs?
Our standard delivery for a large box (up to 100 t-shirts) is £12.00 for next day delivery. If your order is for more than 1 large box the delivery costs maybe higher but we’ll confirm this with you in advance. We can also deliver on a Saturday, additional charges apply.
Can I collect from your Bristol office?
Depending on the when you would like to collect we are able to arrange collection from AMP HQ
Which courier company do you use?
We use Parcel Force // DPD // UPS who deliver next day, we’ll send you a dispatch notification when your items have been sent so you can track your order. Although we send all our deliveries with a national courier we can only be responsible for your order until it is in the couriers hands, therefore we cannot be held liable for late deliveries by the couriers.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes we can deliver to mainland Europe but delivery costs will be higher and turnaround times can be longer. Please contact us if you wish to get your items sent to an address outside of the UK and we can provide full details for the cost and delivery timescales.
Washing Direct To Garment Garments
Any garment with DTG printing on must be washed inside out and at 30 degrees or less. Line Dry Only.
If print is on a dark garment then after the first wash the image will fade slightly as the pre-treatment has been washed out fully. After this the image will hold for a very long time.
Washing Screen Printing Garments
Although Screen Printing is tougher we recommend that you was the garments inside out at no higher than a 40 degree wash.
Over time the image might crack and peel, this is to be expected and time to replace the T-Shirt
